Information we collect

When you submit a quote request, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the service you're interested in, any project details you provide, and the page you submitted the form from. We don't collect payment information on this website.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request, schedule and provide an estimate, and follow up about your project. We may share your request with an installer who performs the work in your area so they can contact you about your estimate. We don't sell your personal information.

Form processing

Quote forms are delivered by email through a third-party form service (FormSubmit). Information you submit passes through that service to reach us. Please don't include sensitive personal information in the project details field.

This site may use basic analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed. Analytics providers may set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep quote requests only as long as needed to respond, provide service and maintain basic business records.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information you've sent by replying to any email from us or by submitting a request through our quote form with "privacy request" in the details.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
